**Job Description**

VR Escapism is an escape-themed company that marries Virtual Reality with Escape Room experiences. We operate a cutting-edge virtual reality gaming and entertainment facility, specializing in hosting birthday parties and corporate events. We are currently seeking a patient, outgoing, and responsible individual to join our Waterloo location team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Warmly greet customers and provide concise descriptions of our game offerings.
- Conduct cash transactions using a POS machine.
- Assist customers in wearing their equipment for a seamless experience.
- Operate computer systems to initiate and manage the games.
- Monitor game progress to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Resolve technical issues that may arise during gameplay.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the store.

**Requirements:**

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competently handle emergency situations.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.

**Training will be provided.**

**Part-time hours:** 3-6 hours per shift

**Job Type:** Part-time

**Salary:** $16.50 per hour

**Schedule:**

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

**Work Location:** In person
