HRS Property Management is one of the leading companies in the student housing industry. We manage over 2000 bedrooms and our business is growing rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

 Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
 Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
 Maintaining email and telecommunications system and follow up with tenants on complaints
and inquiries on maintenance requests.
 Working out plans on parking, utility bills, key cutting, lockout and refund.
 Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
 Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
 Supporting continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,
irregularities, and continuing needs.
 Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference
facilities.
 Data entry and documentation sorting (e.g., lease package, deposit recording and collection,
landlord contact information, etc.)
 General office management such as ordering stationary
 Arranging both internal and external events
 Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
 Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
 All other assigned duties and tasks

 

Expected start date: 2023-03-01

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: From 16.5 per hour + Bonus + Group Benefits
