Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist with filing and maintaining office documents in an orderly fashion.

Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.

Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff members.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in clerical or administrative roles will be advantageous.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
