    HRS Property Management is one of the leading companies in the student housing industry. We manage over 2000 bedrooms and our business is growing rapidly.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
    - Respond to inquiries and provide information about the property and leasing terms
    - Process rental applications and conduct background and credit checks
    - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
    - Collect and process rental payments from tenants
    - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
    - Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and rental payments
    - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants

    Skills:
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong customer service orientation
    - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    - Proficient in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software
    - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
    - Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants

    This position requires a motivated individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships with prospective tenants, effectively manage leasing processes, and ensure tenant satisfaction throughout their tenancy.

    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 12 months

    Salary: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
